Präpp is an email-to-calendar service. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Who we are

What data we collect

• When you use the service (forward an email to get calendar events): your email address and the fact that you used the service (for example for product and subscription purposes). We do not store the content of your emails after we have processed them to create calendar events.
• When you sign up on our website: the email address, name, and any message you submit in the sign-up form. We use this to contact you and improve the service.

How we use your data

We use your data to provide the service (sending you calendar invites, contacting you about your sign-up), to improve the product, and, where applicable, to manage access or billing. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Who we share data with

We use trusted providers to run the service (e.g. email delivery, hosting, AI for event extraction). They process data only on our instructions and in line with this policy and applicable law.

How long we keep data

We keep records of usage (e.g. that an email address has used the service) for as long as needed for the service and for legitimate business or legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your data (see your rights below).

Your rights (including under GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to data portability and to object to certain processing. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when we do. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
